Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes! We are now located at Shop 2/2-4 Stamford Ave, Ermington 2115.

Are you only offering buttercream cakes?
My preference is buttercream, but I do also offer fondant designs. Just remember, fondant is not the cheaper option, and will add to the cost of your cake.

What buttercream do you use on your cakes?
I use only swiss meringue buttercream, made from free range pasteurised egg whites.

Are the cakes mudcakes?
They most certainly are not. I love mudcake, but I prefer a lighter cake.
I would describe my cakes as not too dense like mudcake, but not so light like sponge cake. This style of cake pairs well with buttercream, curds, mousse and cremeux fillings, yet is strong enough to stack.

Do you offer delivery?
In most cases, yes. Delivery depends a great deal on the location for delivery (kms), as well as accessibility (there must be parking available, and if necessary, a lift or ramp for the trolley). But please ask on enquiry :)

How much notice do you need for custom cakes?
As much as possible! To avoid unavailability for your requested date. Generally, 2 weeks is enough time, however if your cake requires specific items/supplies, 2 weeks may not be sufficient time.

Can I only order what is on the website?
If you are after something custom, or a dessert that’s completely different (think tiramisu, entremet, dessert cups), please email. I am always happy to assist.

Are you still doing any classes/workshops?
YES YES! Classes are currently group bookings for 8-12 persons, or private sessions, and are held on Sundays only. Please email for more details.

T&C’s
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is to be paid within 3 days of receiving your invoice. The remaining amount to be finalised 2 weeks prior to event date. Your order is not confirmed and booked, until the deposit has been received, and/or proof of payment supplied.

Should your order be required in less than 2 weeks time, the full amount is due upon within 3 days of receiving your invoice. Please be advised, that no refunds will be given from within 2 weeks of the booking date.

Credit card payments will incur a 2.20% processing fee. You can also make payment via bank deposit.
